What is a Mentor Stylist

Mentor Stylists are experienced professionals who provide services independently while also mentoring a Resident Stylist. During your appointment, a resident may assist with parts of the service—such as the shampoo, blow-dry, or finishing touches—under the mentor’s guidance. This allows us to maintain high-quality results while supporting the continued education of our team.
